Money or God - Matti Freeman and Fidelis Spies

The latest release from Fidelis Spies and Matti Freeman is a MUST DOWNLOAD - you will definitely want to play this song over and over.

The track has an 80's synth pop sound to it - reminds me of depeche mode - but with an updated feel. It's a catchy song that makes you want to sing along.

The lyrics are great - exposing the fact that it is in fact money that is required for survival in this world. Faith in God doesn't actually sustain anyone in a practical way, because, after all, we live in a physical reality and one's access to money determines what resources one has access to.

The song's refrain, "What are we livin' for? What keeps me alive? What are we fighting for...Why is life a strife?" is powerful and catchy and supports the listener to consider the common sense that unless we consider the physical needs of all Equally and create a system that supports those needs in a way that is Best for All we will continue fighting and life will continue to be all Strife.

When you consider that there are plenty of resources for all to live without fear of survival, one has to stop and ask why are we fighting and struggling? (see: Secrets of Competition for further perspective) What are we living for if it is not to change this world and ourselves to live in a way that is Best for All (see Best for All as Equality for more perspective)?

You can download the song here. Part of the proceeds go support the Equal Life Foundation, which works towards the establishment of an Equal Money System.
